Plan now to host an event as part of the 23rd annual National Cancer Survivors Day on Sunday, June 6, 2010. You will join thousands of people in hundreds of communities worldwide who will be celebrating the lives of all people around the world who are living with a history of cancer.
There is no membership or fee required to be a participating organization and hold an NCSD event in your area. Simply register your event each year with the National Cancer Survivors Day Foundation in order to use the copyrighted NCSD name and logo. Funding for the Foundation is provided primarily through the generosity and support of its sponsoring organizations, which are dedicated to providing a better quality of life for cancer survivors.
This online Planning Guide has detailed ideas and resources for organizing an event in your area. There are three ways to use this online information:
